So I have been out of college for 6 and a half years now and I can finally now say that my parents have visited me once! Guess it took me moving to an amazing place like Scotland to get them to come out. Can’t really blame them... I wouldn’t want to visit Houston either.
Anyway, while they were out here we decided it would be a great time to do a road trip. A little different then the ones I remember as a kid. First off, I had to do all the driving! Not only that, they slept most of the time I was driving. It was an ambitious trip to say the least. 900 miles of driving. Now that may not seem like a lot, but on narrow Scottish roads it is very very long. So I was bored and put together a map of where we went, color coded by each day... yeah I know I am a dork.
