So with the Aberdeen weather slated to be perfect I thought I would make another attempt at hiking up Lochnagar. This time I set out solo with the plan to hike up to Lochnagar, then up to Cac Carn Beag, the route back would take me along Glas Allt that flowed into Loch Muick. (Yes, the Scots have weird names for stuff). It was a great hike with amazing views. Even more amazing is that all of this is only an hour from my house.
