Took my first trip since I have been here over to Scotland’s capital Edinburgh. Just a day trip, but it was a lot of fun. Check out the pictures to find out what we did. There were some interesting things that happened that we didn’t get pictures of. Like the quick acting of a Starbucks employee to catch a would be shoplifter who was trying to take off with a Starbucks thermos. Don’t ask me why anyone would want to steal it, but according to the guy it happens a lot. Edinburgh must be a Mecca for shoplifters because the guys at the whiskey shop said they catch people all the time trying to steal stuff. The weekend we were there was also the start of the Six Nations Rugby. France was set to play Scotland the next day, so Edinburgh was full of French fans that had flown in for the event. Lots of French flags everywhere and people chanting French cheers.
