Another year, and another Corporate Cup National Relay. Essentially it is a track and field meet against all the major corporations in the country. This is my 7th time participating (yeah, I am getting old. In fact this year I was put into the sub-maters races (30+)).
Like last year, it was held in San Diego.... top notch location. Figured I would also take some random vacations after the meet since I was already out in the States.
OK, as far as the Track Meet went, we got third overall. Not too bad... we are very good at getting third. My races went ok. We didn’t have the depth we usually have in the distance event and could have done better.
Like last year, a bunch of us stuck around for a few days to hit up San Diego and the beaches.
